CERTIFICATION PROCESS FOR LITERACY GRADUATE CERTIFICATE

When you have completed all coursework for your program, in order to receive your UW certificate and endorsement from the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board (PTSB), you must complete the following:

UW Certificate of Literacy

• Complete the Anticipated Graduation Date form in WyoRecords.

Wyoming PTSB Reading Endorsement

Complete the following items and return them to Teacher Preparation and Advising Office

• Fill in the top of the institutional recommendation form.
• Send this form along and indicate the level of endorsement for which you are applying (K-6, 6-12, or K-12)
