Consumer Credit|Associated Students of the University of Wyoming

Chances are you have already started building credit. Your "credit" is what's located in a credit report. You have one already, whether you know it or not, if you have a cell phone, a student loan, have ever had a loan from any financial institution, a credit card, or a store charge card. It affects you more than you probably know.

The consumer credit section of the Students' Attorney Program website was researched and written by Marca Tanner, a University of Wyoming College of Law student under the terms of a project funded, in the spring of 2009, by the Associated Students of the University of Wyoming (ASUW) and supervised by the Students' Attorney Program.
