Black's Law Dictionary defines intellectual property as "a category of intangible rights protecting commercially valuable products of the human intellect" that primarily comprises copyright, patent and trademark rights. The following five articles about intellectual property were researched and written by Anthony R. Gibbs, a University of Wyoming College of Law student, in the spring of 2009 under the terms of a project funded by the Associated Students of the University of Wyoming (ASUW) and supervised by the Students' Attorney Program.
