Maps

Baldyga, T.J. S.N. Miller, and P.P. Semenye. (2006) Visitor Interpretive Plaque, Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya. Designed an interpretive map for the Kenya Wildlife Service that is set in stone at the mouth of the Njoro River where it enters Lake Nakuru. This map illustrates changes to the Njoro catchment area over a 20-year span and provides context for Park visitors to understand the scale of land cover changes in upland areas that contribute runoff to the Lake and support ecological services within the Park itself. This was a collaborative effort with SUMAWA team members and staff at Lake Nakuru National Park.
