President's Welcome Address and Reception Thursday evening culminates with President Buchanan's Welcome Address to the incoming class of 2013. This important event, attended by students and families, UW faculty, and Summit student leaders, celebrates and welcomes new students to the UW community. The Welcome Address will be held in the A&S Auditorium, with a reception immediately following in the Wyoming Union. |

Student Veteran’s Summit Welcome The Summit Veterans’ Session will cover veteran specific topics on campus resources, veterans issues, and expectations related to college life, academic challenges, and the military to civilian transition. The University of Wyoming interprets “veteran” to be any person who has served or is serving in any branch of the Armed Forces – Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine, Coast Guard, National Guard, or Reserve. |
