Transit & Parking Services will only be enforcing major violations and the 30 minute loading/unloading zones along King Street on May 9th and 10th. Major violations include yellow zones, fire lanes, disability spaces, "U" spaces, and other specially marked reserved spaces. All commencement shuttles are wheelchair/lift equipped. Shuttles start 1 hour prior to each commencement (with the exception of Multicultural) and will not end until all passengers have been returned to their vehicles. Please be sure to review the shuttle and parking map and the commencement schedule of events. More information can be found on the University of Wyoming commencement website.
Shuttle service will be provided for the following commencements:
Nursing: Friday, May 9th at 12:30 pm held in the A&S Auditorium. Please note: Parking in the Ivinson parking lot may be limited. Individuals that do not require disability transportation should consider riding the Classroom Express to the Nursing Convocation.
Multicultural: Friday, May 9th at 3:00 pm held in the Hilton Garden Inn/UW Conference Center. The shuttle will start at 2:30 pm and run continuously from the Union to the Hilton Garden Inn/UW Conference Center. The shuttle will end following commencement once all patrons have been returned to the Union. (This commencement not included on the map.)
