A&S Auditorium Special Events

Patrons requiring disability access should be aware that there are limited disability parking spaces within a reasonable distance to the Arts & Sciences building.  A courtesy shuttle is available for individuals with disabilities within the normal hours of operation (6:30 am - 10:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am - 10:00 pm on weekends).  Rides must be scheduled at least on day in advance.  The shuttle is wheelchair lift equipped, and we recommend that patrons park in the Ivinson parking lot (11th & Ivinson) to meet the shuttle.

Disability Parking and Transportation to A&S:

Attendees requiring disability accessible parking spaces along with transportation to the A&S should park at the 11th and Ivinson Lot.  A courtesy shuttle will pick up passengers at the north-east end of the lot and bring them to an accessible entrance at the A&S auditorium approximately every 10-15 minutes.  The shuttle will be wheelchair lift equipped.  The courtesy shuttle will run from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm prior to the performance. The shuttle will run following the event until all passengers have been returned to their vehicles.
