Transit and Parking Services|A Unit of Auxiliary Services

Need to find parking during move-in?

Transit & Parking Services will only be enforcing major violations and the loading/unloading time limits surrounding the residence halls from August 25th through August 31st.

If you wish to unload your vehicle, you may use the 30 minute unloading zone on King Street north of the residence halls. Unloading zones are also available south of Orr Hall and west of White Hall. As you enter King Street you will receive a time-stamped card that allows usage of the loading zones. Please do not exceed the 30 minute limit.

Once you have unloaded your vehicle, please move your vehicle to another space. If you have already acquired an “R” Resident parking permit, please move your vehicle to the one of the large parking lots north or east of Crane Hall.

If you have a “P” permit, please park in the designated “P” lots at 30th and Armory Road, and ride the shuttle back to campus. The shuttle will be operating from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Parents can park their vehicles temporarily in the Union parking lot. View the move-in parking map for more details.

If you do not have a parking permit, please view your permit options for online ordering instructions. Please allow 4 hours for new permit pick-ups. The Transit & Parking Services office can be best accessed through the alley at the intersection at 9th and Lewis. Temporary parking is available on the south side of the Transit & Parking Services office.
