  • Application to Phase II (EDST 3000)
    It is recommended that the application to Phase II be submitted as soon as you register for EDST 3000. NOTE: Phase II applications require that you have applied for and received your Wyoming Substitute Teaching Permit.

    • 1. Students wishing to enroll in EDST 3000 will need to wait list themselves for the section they wish to take.
    • 2. After fall semester grades are posted, students are enrolled in EDST 3000 as they meet the other requirements: application; GPA; prerequisite courses; and Sub Permit.
    • 3. This wait list sequence stays in place until January 6, 2010 when the applications are screened. Those who qualify are enrolled in EDST 3000. Those who have not met the requirements lose their place in the sequence and go to the back of the wait list.
    • 4. If sections are not yet full, then students still waitlisted are enrolled in the order in which they meet all requirements up until classes start regardless of their place in the wait list sequence.
    • 5. If it is clear that the class will not accommodate the entire wait list after those who do not qualify have been dropped, students will have the choice of openings in another section.
