Kathy I. Kirkaldie is the Fine Arts Coordinator for the UW Department of Theatre & Dance and also for the Departments of Music and Art. After working for many years as a scientific editor and grant writer and freelance writer/editor, Kathy joined the Department in 2004 to work at a "fun" job. She assists with public relations, graphic design, grant and technical writing, donor relations, and special events. Kathy holds undergraduate degrees in Biology/Premed, English, and Theatre & Dance, and a graduate degree in English. Kathy is married to Shawn Bunning, has a new daughter, Claire, and is pleased to report that both are natural actors.
