Nov. 11, 2008 -- Lorry May, artistic director of the Sokolow Dance Foundation, will participate in a question-and-answer session at 2:10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, in the Mains Dance Studio inside the University of Wyoming Fine Arts Center. May, who is currently in residence at UW, where she is reconstructing Anna Sokolow's "Ride the Culture Loop," will discuss her work as a dancer and member of Sokolow's groundbreaking company. The event is free and open to the public. "Ride the Culture Loop," along with the ballet "A Midsummer Night's Dream," will be performed Nov. 18-22 at UW.
