Anna Seegmiller recently graduated from the University of Wyoming Department of Theatre and Dance with an emphasis in costume design. Anna is skilled in domestic machine stitching, industrial machine stitching, hand stitching, serging/marrowing, knitting, quilting, illustrations, shoe patterning, flat patterning, draping, and dyeing/painting.
Anna worked as a costume shop employee at UW from 2010 to 2013. Recent work includes milliner on THE NUTCRACKER (UW); costumer designer for MIDDLETOWN (UW); dyer/painter for CARMINA BURANA (UW), costume designer for RED (Gryphon Theatre); apprentice shoe maker for Mattimore Harness; first hand/junior draper for HENRY V (Great River Shakespeare); cutter/draper for FROM THE ASHES (UW); milliner for MARAT/SADE (UW); first hand and cutter/draper for BLITHE SPIRIT (UW); milliner for THE MIKADO (UW); first hand and wardrobe master for THE BEAUX' STRATAGEM (UW); and assistant costume designer for A...MY NAME IS ALICE, FORGIVING JOHN LENNON, and THE UNDERSTUDY (2011 Snowy Range Summer Theatre).
