UW Theatre and Dance Announces Children's Audition Call for "A Christmas Carol"
Sept. 2, 2005 -- The University of Wyoming Department of Theatre
and Dance will hold auditions for children's roles in the production of
"A Christmas Carol," on Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 6-8 p.m. at the Fine
Arts Center main stage.
All children are invited to audition.
Audition callbacks are schedule for Thursday, Sept. 8, from 6-8 p.m.
Roles to be filled include Boy Scrooge/Tiny Tim (5-9 years old); Boy
Cratchit/Ignorance/Turkey Boy (5-9 years old), Girl Cratchit/Want (5-9
years old); Fan/Martha (12-17 years old); and Teen Scrooge/Peter
Cratchit (12-17 years old).
Scripts of the UW adaptation of the
holiday story are available for checkout in the Theatre and Dance
Department main office during working hours, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., on
regular business days.
