JOB PURPOSE:
Enforce the University of Wyoming parking regulations on campus. Hiring for Spring and Summer 2021.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of this position is to enforce the University of Wyoming parking regulations on campus. It may also involve revenue collection, data entry, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must be able to provide quality customer service at all times and remain calm in stressful and sometimes difficult ituations.
Transportation Services is very flexible working with student schedules. Weekly hours can range anywhere from 10 - 28 hours. The normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please note that this position requires occasional weekend and night work. Position includes frequent pay scale reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED

Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions including Laramie winters.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Transit Cleaning Attendant is responsible for maintaining a sanitary environment that our passengers and staff can utilize in order to continue our operations in a safe manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This includes assisting in the temporary removal of vehicles from route in order to undergo a thorough sterilization of all surfaces throughout the day. Also the Transit Cleaning Attendant will be responsible for a thorough inspection and sanitation of our vehicles every night after service hours. Job duties include washing and sanitizing interior windows, seats, dashboards, walls, ceilings, floors, and other high touch areas.
Starting salary is $10.00/hr.
Successful applicants must have reasonable availability Monday through Friday. Weekend availability will also be considered

Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Intermediate computer skills
Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience preferred, with knowledge of proper chemical safety procedures
Experience operating a variety of cleaning equipment such as upholstery cleaners, electrostatic sprayers, power washers, and other cleaning gear.
Experience mixing and diluting concentrated cleaning chemicals.
Knowledge of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage
