Making Appointments

Appointments with Assigned Coordinator

Once you have been accepted into UDSS, you will receive a letter notifying you of the name of your assigned coordinator.  You can set up an appointment with your coordinator by calling 307-766-6189 (TTY:  307-766-3073).  Appointments can also be made in the SEO main offices in Knight Hall rooms 109 or 330.

Accommodations and services are determined on a course-by-course basis and are facilitated based on interactive conversations between the student and their coordinator.  It is strongly recommended that students meet with their coordinators at least once a semester, preferably soon after they have been to each class the first time.  This time will be used to review courses and to plan for any needed accommodations.   Outreach students may schedule phone appointments to discuss accommodation needs and logistics.  

Please note your coordinator may not be available for drop-in appointments so planning ahead is recommended.

If you will be visiting campus and would like to set up an appointment to discuss the UDSS program and services, please call 307-766-6189 (TTY: 307-766-3073).  Appointments can also be made in Knight Hall rooms 109 or 330.
