Communication and Collaboration
As a result of serving in organization leadership positions, students will learn to correspond professionally with others.
Self-Management and Appraisal
As a result of serving in organization leadership positions, student will learn to generate and assess project goals; reflect on overall outcomes at completion of projects.
As a result of serving in organizational leadership positions, students will learn to reflect on and provide analysis of personal development and learning.
As a result of serving in organization leadership positions, student will learn to articulate and reflect strengths and weaknesses on personal skills and abilities.
As a result of serving in organization leadership positions, students will learn to maintain personal health and wellness in potentially stressful environments.
Leadership
As a result of serving in organization leadership positions, student will learn to effectively lead volunteers and delegate responsibility.
Event/Program Management

- As a result of attending campus activities, students will enhance their feeling of engagement, belonging, and loyalty.
