Co-Sponsorship

Student Activities Council wants to work with RSOs! If your student group needs assistance with advertising, planning, or financing an event, SAC may be able to help!

Requirements for Co-Sponsorship

  • Groups wishing for co-sponsorship must send a representative to SAC meetings to discuss ideas.
  • The co-sponsoring group must provide SAC with a contact person (name, phone number, and e-mail address).
  • The group must give SAC a detailed description of:
    • The event (Who, What, When, Where, and Why)
    • Marketing and Advertising Information
    • Event Setup (who and how much?)
    • Operation (who is going to run the event?)
    • Cleanup (who will clean up after the event?)
    • Financial needs (how much will event cost?)
    • Space Requirements (size, screens, LCD projectors, tables, chairs, etc.)
    • Other Requirements as needed
