Meetings and Events:

The Wyoming Union has over 14,000 square feet of beautiful meeting space. Student organizations, student programs, career fairs, conferences, speakers, and even weddings are booked in our spaces. Our friendly staff is available to help answer your questions about availability. They are also trained to help with your event details, such as meeting room setup, audio visual needs, and more. Approved Caterers for Events

Priority Scheduling:

Priority Scheduling was created in order to help RSOs secure space for their meetings and events. If you are planning an event for the next academic year, please contact the Events Staff.

Catering in the Union:

UW Catering (766-3064) is the primary caterer for Union customers. If UW Catering is not available the Union Events Office staff can provide you with a current list of approved caterers. RSOs may choose from any caterer on the approved list, including UW Catering.

The serving of alcoholic beverages must be approved by the Vice President for Administration and must be served by an approved bartending service. Links to more information:
