*Core Components are mutually exclusive of each other; hence, two core components may not be fulfilled by the same course. Except for the QA, core courses may have topics from the embeddable components list included in their curriculum, where appropriate.
**Embeddable Components are those that may be taught as part of another course. This does not preclude those components being taught in courses dedicated solely to that topic. It is envisaged that of the five embeddable components, some may be embedded in courses dedicated to the core components of University Studies, some may be embedded in courses required for the major, and some may be met by courses that are dedicated to that particular topic. We anticipate that embeddable components will ordinarily be fulfilled in the context of three credit courses
