Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., will appear at a "Stand for Change" Rally Friday, March 7, at the University of Wyoming Arena-Auditorium in Laramie.
Doors open at 5 p.m.; the rally is scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m.
Public entrance will be through the Willett West Ticket Office portal.
The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but
an RSVP is encouraged. Seating is limited and admission is on a
