Construction Alert: Boulder Setting at Student Health/Cheney International Center

March 30, 2009 — Construction crews will begin setting boulders at the University of Wyoming Student Health/Cheney International Center beginning Monday, March 23.

The contractor has been asked to provide flagmen around the site, says Linda Kiisk, UW Facilities Planning associate director.

"It will be important for pedestrians and cyclists to be cautious when traveling through this area while the heavy equipment is moving the boulders," Kiisk says. "In addition, more concrete is scheduled to be poured on the north side of the building."

This work is scheduled to be completed April 7.
