UW to Present Brazilian Music Recital

The University of Wyoming Art Museum will host a recital of 20th century Brazilian music at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 30.

The free recital, titled "Brazilian Nationalism in Music: Piano and Chamber Works," will feature UW students and music associate professor Rubia Santos performing music to accompany the UW Art Museum's current exhibition, "The Disappeared/Los Desaparecidos."

The UW Art Museum and Music Department sponsor the recital.

The UW Art Museum is located in the Centennial Complex at 2111 Willett Drive in Laramie. The museum is open Mondays from 10 a.m.-9 p. m. and Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is free.
