UW Trustees Approve Construction Manager At

The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees today (Friday) selected a Fort Collins, Colo.-based company as the construction manager at-risk for the proposed Kendall House renovation project.

Drahota was chosen from among three bidders with a proposal of no cost for preconstruction services and $131,567 for delivery of services with a proposed construction schedule of 180 days. The construction budget has been established at $1,080,000.

Formerly the Hitchcock House Child Development Center just west of campus, the Kendall House will be remodeled to be the new home of the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources.
