Candice Brandt from the Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center, Rocky Mountain Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Center in Colorado Springs, will speak Friday, April 24, at UW.
She will offer information on the ADAAA and its impact on Title II entities, particularly postsecondary institutions, and on employment. She will also discuss the status of coming changes in regulations designed to implement the ADAAA, for example service animals, facility accessibility requirements, etc.
