UW Trustees Set Special Meeting Thursday

August 21, 2009 — The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting Thursday, Aug. 27, at 3 p.m. in the Old Main Boardroom.

The trustees will consider the following items:

-- Approval of a construction manager at risk for the Visual Arts Building project.
-- Approval of a guaranteed maximum price for the Kendall House project.
-- Appointment to the UW Research Corporation Board of Directors.
-- Insurance structure for intellectual property of the High Plains Gasification-Advanced Technology Center.
-- Approval of 2010 legislative budget request.
