Cell Phones Collected for Soldiers

March 29, 2010 — The UW WyoCARE (Wyoming Chemical Abuse Research and Violence Prevention Education) Program is accepting unused cell phones for a program that uses the donated phones to purchase calling cards for soldiers on active duty.

Cell phones will also be refurbished and donated to military members upon their return from Afghanistan and Iraq.

Donation boxes are located in the Dean's Office in the College of Education (Education 6) and outside the CETC in Education 44. Phones can also be mailed to:
