Adrienne Szabady, an office assistant in the Department of Music, won the $100 prize in the third University of Wyoming Wellness drawing.
More than 270 people submitted entries in the "Be Ready" challenge, part of the state's Healthier Wyoming wellness program that promotes healthy lifestyle choices. By completing monthly challenges, participants qualify for incentives offered by the state of Wyoming and receive a reduction in health insurance premiums.
The opportunity to enroll in the next behavior change challenge, "Read the Label," is May 1 through May 31. To become eligible for the fourth $100 prize drawing, send a confirmation letter or other proof that you registered for the program to the Human Resources Benefits Office.
