UW Trustees Set Retreat, Special Meeting in Hulett July 15-17
July 8, 2010 — The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting and board retreat July 15-17 at the Best Western Devils Tower Inn in Hulett.
Thursday, July 15, the board will discuss facilities contracting, level of institutional indebtedness and housing from 1-3:30 p.m.
Friday, July 16, the board will discuss from 8-9 a.m. and meet in executive session from 9:15-10:15 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. trustees will have a discussion with Gov. Dave Freudenthal.
Saturday, July 17, the board will discuss fundraising priorities from 8-8:30 a.m., and meet in executive session from 8:30-9:15 a.m. Trustees will discuss the capital facilities priorities list and supplemental budget from 9:15-10 a.m., and board governance and performance from 10 a.m.-noon.
No meetings are planned for the afternoon of July 16, and the board will attend the grand opening of the Welcome Center on Interstate 90 as well as tours and informal events.
Because this is a special meeting, only topics listed will be discussed. No business meeting and no public comment are scheduled.
