Wednesday, Sept. 1, 10 a.m. -- A groundbreaking ceremony for the new Visual Arts Center at the corner of 22nd
Street and Willett Drive.
Thursday, Sept. 2, 4 p.m. -- Cowgirls soccer vs. Colorado College at the Louis S. Madrid Sports Complex.
Friday, Sept. 3, 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m. -- The President's Welcome Barbecue and Fall Kick-Off Pep Rally, Tailgate Park. The event will feature a free dinner and pep rally featuring UW Football Coach Dave Christensen; and performances by the UW Marching Band, Dan-o, and Hackamore.
Friday, Sept. 3, 9 p.m. -- Mentalist Chris Carter performs in the Arts & Sciences auditorium. Free.
Saturday, Sept. 4, 7 p.m. -- The University of Wyoming Cowboys meet the Southern Utah Thunderbirds at War Memorial Stadium.
