September 21, 2010 — When it hears oral arguments at the University of Wyoming Wednesday, the Wyoming Supreme Court will consider an appeal by a man of convicted aggravated homicide by vehicle.

A Natrona County jury found Justin Daniel Breazeale guilty of the crime that occurred in March, 2009. The district court imposed a sentence of 18 to 20 years.

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the College of Law's Brimmer Legal Education Center Large Moot Courtroom, Room 178. It will also hear arguments in Davidson Land Company, LLC v. Suellen L. Davidson, Charles Noller Davidson and Deborah J. Davidson. Cameras will not be permitted, and cell phones must be turned off.

Friday, Sept. 24, at 9 a.m., the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeal will hear oral arguments. Federal marshals will do security screening and those attending should have a photo ID. No cameras, cell phones or recording devices will be permitted.

The court sessions are among numerous activities scheduled during law week at UW. A schedule can be found at http://www.uwyo.edu/news/showrelease.asp?id=45761. For more information, contact Nick Haderline at (307) 399-3290 or haderlie@uwyo.edu.
