Staff Recognition day will be Wednesday, April 20, from 10 a.m.-noon in the Crane-Hill dining hall. This year's theme is "Green" in honor of Earth Day.
"Last year we hosted more than 600 staff, faculty and administrators," says Tonya Gerharter, Staff Recognition Day chair and student advising coordinator. "Staff Senate awarded more than $15,000 in cash and prizes to several award winners. We encourage everyone to start thinking about staff members who are deserving of special recognition, as most awards will open for nominations in January."
