Monday, Nov. 15, 7 p.m. -- Women's basketball vs. Dickinson State, Arena-Auditorium.

Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1:10 p.m. -- UW's 2010 composition class will present new works by 15 different composers in the UW Fine Arts concert hall. Free.

Tuesday, Nov. 16, 4-5:30 p.m. -- Arun Gandhi public lecture: "Lessons Learned from My Grandfather: Non-violence in a Violent World," UW Fine Arts Main Stage. Free. For information e-mail Lay-nah Blue Morris at sjrc@uwyo.edu.

Tuesday, Nov. 16, 4 p.m. -- Ellen Wohl, professor at Colorado State University, will speak about "What should these rivers look like? Historical variability and human impacts in the Colorado Front Range," College of Business auditorium. Free.

Wednesday, Nov. 17, 4:10-5 p.m. -- James Meacham, professor at the University of Oregon, speaks on "Atlas Cartography: Exploration and Experience in the Mapping of Oregon, Yellowstone and the Mongolian Altai," College of Business auditorium. Free.

Wednesday, Nov. 17, 7-9 p.m. -- Geography Bowl, Wyoming Union Gardens. Registration at 6 p.m. and sign-up sheet at the Wyoming Union breezeway table. Food will be provided.

Wednesday, Nov. 17, 7:30 p.m. -- Double-bassist Renaud Garcia-Fons, joined by guitar and percussion, will perform a Cultural Programs concert at the UW Fine Arts concert hall. Thursday, Nov. 18, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. -- Giant National Geographic Society map of Asia will be displayed in the Wyoming Union Yellowstone Ballroom.

Thursday, Nov. 18, 4-7 p.m. -- Shalom Garden Orphanage silent auction in Wyoming Union East Ballroom. Purpose is to purchase water tanks and water purifying seeds for an orphanage in Kenya, Africa. For information, e-mail Mary Beth Wood at mwood15@uwyo.edu. Refreshments provided.
