The University of Wyoming's Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Commission will meet at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the Cambria Inn and Suites in Denver.
The commission's regularly scheduled quarterly meeting will follow a joint meeting with the EORI Technical Advisory Board (TAB). The TAB/EOR Commission meet together twice annually to allow TAB to provide a technical evaluation of the Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute (EORI) at the university.
The EOR Commission is funded by the state of Wyoming to support the EORI. In addition to its aggressive research agenda, EORI engages in cooperative and contractual agreements with independent producers, and offers short courses, workshops and technical outreach meetings to assist in the transfer of current EOR technologies to Wyoming producers.
