New Exhibition in Gallery 234

February 18, 2011 — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wyoming will host an art exhibit from Monday, Feb. 21 through Friday, Feb. 25 in Gallery 234, Room 004 of the University of Wyoming Union.

A free public reception for the artists is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb.  22, from 6-8 p.m. The United Presbyterian Church sponsors the prizes.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a program that matches Bigs (adults) with Littles (children) to provide a meaningful and significant relationship for children.  Bigs are all volunteers and the program is funded through donations. 

"Events like this are great ways to show support for a wonderful community asset and to learn more about ways in which you can help," says Michael McNamee, Big Brothers Big Sisters publicity coordinator.
