UW Art Department Faculty Exhibition Closes Saturday

Saturday, March 19, will be the final day for the public to view the UW Art Department Faculty Exhibition at the University of Wyoming Art Museum. 

Presented every three years, the UW Art Department Faculty Exhibition features work in a variety of media, including installation, painting, printmaking, graphic design, sculpture, small metals and drawing. It showcases work created in the faculty's studios and provides a unique opportunity for the public to view faculty members' creative work. 

This year's exhibition includes work by Nathan Abel, Diana Baumbach, Ashley Hope Carlisle, Leah Hardy, Margaret Haydon, Ricki Klages, David Jones, Patrick Kikut, Jessica Perry, Mark Ritchie, Doug Russell, Shelby Shadwell and Jenny Venn. 

"From the Scottish Sublime to the American West," will open on April 9.

Located in the Centennial Complex at 2111 Willett Drive in Laramie, the museum is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Mondays. Admission is free.
