A livestock marketing workshop sponsored by the University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service (UW CES) and First Interstate Bank is Friday, March 25, in Laramie.
The workshop is from 1-3 p.m. at the extension meeting room at the Albany County Fairgrounds, said Kellie Chichester, UW CES educator in Albany County. Cost is $10.
"Participants will have the opportunity to look at market outlooks, learn more about hedging and options and know if it is the right marketing decision for their operations," she said.
Steve Koontz and John Deering, both with Colorado State University, will provide the instruction.
