May 31, 2011 — Debra Beck, adjunct lecturer at the University of Wyoming Master of Public Administration Program, received the 2011 Master Distance Educator Award. The annual award recognizes deserving educators from each community college and UW.

Insurance Rate Holiday

The Travel Alert expires on August 1, 2011. The Travel Alert does not ban or curtail travel, but asks Americans to be aware of their surroundings and situations they may encounter, and to be cautious and vigilant of potential risks to their safety.
