Don't gamble on providing excellent customer services to students. Essential information to answer common questions about attending the University of Wyoming will be answered during Frontline Connections 2011 Aug. 9 and 11 in Room 138 of the Robert and Carol Berry Biodiversity and Conservation Center.
The training will be offered twice: Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 9-11 a.m. or Thursday, Aug. 11, from 1-3 p.m. Snacks will be provided and door prizes will be awarded.
Individuals new to campus or those who want to be updated on the latest information to promptly answer questions correctly are encouraged to attend, says Stacy Lane, Frontline Connections Committee chair.
