The University of Wyoming Pan Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, in the Fine Arts concert hall. Admission is free.
The program will feature traditional Caribbean steel drum music such as "The Lion Sleeps Tonight," Jimmy Buffet's hits such as "Cheeseburger in Paradise" and modern compositions for steel band.
Comprised of members of the percussion ensemble, the UW Pan Band performs traditional Caribbean island steel drum music. The popular group has appeared at various campus venues since its inception in 1991.
