December 6, 2011

The state's Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission will meet from 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec.  7, via teleconference. The special meeting is open to the public at the Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute (EORI) office  in the UW S.H. Knight Geology Building.

The EORC agenda will include a discussion and approval of the proposed legislative budget cuts.  The next EORC meeting date will also be confirmed.

For more information, call Kathy Olson, at (307) 766-2791 or email

The Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission is funded by the state of Wyoming to support the EORI at the University of Wyoming. In addition to its aggressive research agenda, EORI engages in cooperative and contractual agreements with independent producers and offers short courses, workshops and technical outreach meetings to assist in the transfer of current enhanced oil recovery technologies to Wyoming producers.
