Cheyenne Veterans Affairs officials are making a "VA Director's Whistle Stop Tour" from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the University of Wyoming Union Big Horn Room. All veterans are invited to attend.
Community "whistle stops" provide the opportunity for Cheyenne VA staff to provide program information, facility and service updates, as well as assistance and guidance to veterans. The tour's goal is to provide direct, regular updates to veterans in the communities that are served by the Cheyenne VA Medical Center and outpatient clinics.
The Cheyenne VA Medical Center is located in Cheyenne and has operating clinics in Wheatland, Torrington, Laramie, Rawlins, Sidney, Neb.; and Fort Collins, Greeley and Sterling, Colo.
