UW Trustees Set Retreat, Special Meeting in Gillette
July 16, 2012 — The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will conduct a special meeting and board retreat July 18-20 at the Gillette College Tech Center Boardroom.
At their special meeting, set for 9-11:15 a.m. Thursday, trustees will discuss economic development in Campbell County, among other items.
The agenda for the special meeting:
I. Approval of design firm for ORECS (Outreach and
Extension Center at Sheridan).
II. Approval of Construction Manager at Risk for
Performing Arts facility.
III. Approval of siting for indoor golf practice facility.
IV. Supplemental budget request discussion.
V. Economic Development in
Albany and Campbell Counties.
VI. Approval of bond issue for Half Acre, Performing Arts
facility and White Hall projects.

Because this is a special meeting, only topics listed will be discussed. No business meeting and no public comment are scheduled.
The board will meet in executive session from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday for the annual performance review of President Tom Buchanan.
