Monday, Sept. 17, 4–6 p.m. -- Nelson Maldonado-Torres lectures for Hispanic Heritage Month, College of Education auditorium. Free.

Tuesday, Sept. 18, 1:20 p.m. -- Litigation expert Karen Jo Koonan lectures for the William D. Griffith lecture series, Education Building auditorium. Free.

Tuesday, Sept. 18, 3 p.m. -- United Way campaign kickoff, Wyoming Union Family Room. Free

Tuesday, Sept. 18, 7 p.m. -- Author Mark Jenkins discusses his experience climbing Mount Everest, Education Building auditorium. Free.

Wednesday, Sept. 19, 7:30 p.m. -- UCLA philosophy professor Tyler Burge lectures on perception, Wyoming Union East Ballroom. Free.

Wednesday, Sept. 19, 8–midnight. -- Two DJs will complete during headphone disco, Wyoming Union Ballroom. Free.

Thursday, Sept. 20, 5-7 p.m. -- Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts presents 10 minute segments of artists, writers and musicians, Visual Arts Building auditorium. Free.

Thursday, Sept. 20, 7:30 p.m. - The documentary “Not My Life” will be shown in the College of Education auditorium. Free.

Thursday, Sept. 20, 7:30 p.m. -- World-renowned philosopher Tyler Burge from UCLA will deliver a public lecture, “Perception: Origins of Mind,” in the Wyoming Union East Ballroom. Free.

Friday, Sept. 21, 7:30 p.m. -- Pacifica String Quartet performs, Fine Arts concert hall. $20 for the public, $17 for students and seniors.

Saturday, Sept. 22, 5 p.m. -- MFA visiting writer series presents CAconrad, Night Heron Books, 107 E. Ivinson St. Free.

Saturday, Sept. 22, 7:30 p.m. -- The UW Symphony presents the Four Seasons, Fine Arts concert hall. Ticket prices vary.

Saturday, Sept. 22, 8 p.m. -- Dueling Pianos will perform, Union Ballroom. Free.

Sunday, Sept. 23, 7:30 p.m. -- New Frontiers will perform a micro concert, Fine Arts concert hall. Free.
