UW Trustees Set November Meeting Agenda

Members of the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will conduct their November meeting beginning Thursday, Nov. 15, in Room 506 of Coe Library.

The business meeting, in which trustees take formal action on agenda items, is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, also in Room 506 of Coe Library. All meetings are open to the public except for executive sessions. Public testimony will be accepted from 11:30 a.m.-noon Friday.

11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. – Working lunch, executive session

1:15-1:30 p.m. – Annual audited financial statements

1:30-1:45 p.m. – Operations and maintenance update

1:45-2 p.m. – University report card

2-2:15 p.m. – Report to legislators

2:15-2:45 p.m. – Break

2:45-3:30 p.m. – Construction contracts: Arena-Auditorium phase 1 renovation architect/engineer; Biological Sciences construction manager at risk; Performing Arts Center guaranteed maximum price

3:30-4:15 p.m. – Tour of Honors House “Red House” located on corner of 10th and Ivinson streets.

Friday, Nov. 16

9:15-10:45 a.m. – Joint meeting of Board of Trustees and Energy Resources Council, Wyoming Union Family Room

10:45-11 a.m. – Return to Room 506 of Coe Library

11-11:30 a.m. – Plus/minus grading discussion

11:30 a.m.-noon – Public testimony

Noon-1 p.m. – Working lunch; presentation by Eastern Wyoming College

1-1:45 p.m. – Medical education plan

1:45-2:30 p.m. – Business meeting
