February 27, 2013 — University of Wyoming students can ice skate for free starting at 8 p.m. Friday, March 1, at the Laramie Ice and Events Center, 3510 Garfield St.
“This Friday Night Fever event is a great way to have fun when you are short on cash,” says Elizabeth Gibbons, Campus Activities Center marketing coordinator. “Skates will be available on a first-come, first- served basis.”
Additionally, the animated film “Rise of the Guardians,” with the voices of Chris Pine, Alec Baldwin, Jude Law and Isla Fisher, will be shown free at 6:30, 9 and 11:30 p.m. in the Wyoming Union Family Room.
