March 11, 2013 — All University of Wyoming retirees and near-retirees are invited to attend the March meeting of the UW/State Retirees of Albany County at 10 a.m. Monday, March 18, at the Eppson Center for Seniors, 1560 N. Third St.
Members of the Albany County legislative delegation will review the recent session of the Wyoming State Legislature. Time will be provided for questions and discussion.
Additionally, school board member Lou Farley will discuss plans for a new Laramie High School.
The group meets at the Eppson Center the third Monday of each month during the academic year.
“These monthly programs provide a forum for good conversation, plus a healthy exchange of information, questions, answers and, perhaps, rebuttals,” says Lynn Durkee, vice president.
