Made-to-order salads will be served in the renovated Ross Hall cafe.
Ross Hall Cafe will close for renovation at the end of the business day Friday, March 15, and will remain closed until next fall.
The work will include a complete renovation of the food preparation and serving areas, as well as seating areas.
The new facility will continue to serve breakfast and lunch, and will house a variety of dining options including a Tex-Mex style grill, a sub sandwich deli station, made-to-order salads and a barista-styled espresso drink counter.
A pre-renovation celebration will be held during lunch on Ross Hall Cafe’s last day of service March 15, with free cake for diners and a display of renovation plans.
