March 11, 2013 — Ross Hall Cafe will close for renovation at the end of the business day Friday, March 15, and will remain closed until next fall.
The work will include a complete renovation of the food preparation and serving areas, as well as seating areas.
The new facility will continue to serve breakfast and lunch, and will house a variety of dining options including a Tex-Mex style grill, a sub sandwich deli station, made-to-order salads and a barista-styled espresso drink counter.
A pre-renovation celebration will be held during lunch on Ross Hall Cafe’s last day of service March 15, with free cake for diners and a display of renovation plans.
