All University of Wyoming benefited employees are authorized to use a maximum of one hour of release time to participate in the Benefit Fair Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Wyoming Union Ballroom.
Representatives of UW’s benefit providers will be available to offer advice and answer questions about retirement (including Wyoming retirement, TIAA-CREF, Valic, Ameriprise, Security Benefit, Fidelity and ING), health and dental insurance, and the new life insurance option.
UW Human Resources and Payroll staff members will assist with Flexible Benefits (medical and dependent care reimbursement) for 2014, open enrollment (spouses and children through age 26 may be added), changing deductibles for health insurance, and answer questions about benefits. The deadline for submitting forms for flexible benefits and insurance changes is Nov. 30.
Raffle prizes and give-away items will be available while they last. The Human Resources Department hosts Wednesday’s fair.
