University of Wyoming Calendar for May 19-25
These are among activities scheduled May 19-25 at the University of Wyoming:
Wednesday, May 21, 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. -- The indie folk band Sleeping Cranes will open the UW Summer Programs concert series on Simpson Plaza. Free.
Friday, May 23, 8 a.m. -- The UW Energy Resources Council will meet at the BP Collaboration Center in UW’s Energy Innovation Center.
A variety of exhibitions can be seen at the UW Art Museum in the Centennial Complex, 2111 Willett Drive, which is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Free.
Dinosaur skeletons, ancient mammal fossils and other exhibits are on display in the UW Geological Museum, open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.
The UW Department of Botany’s Williams Conservatory is open to the public from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Fridays. Free.
