Ski Bus to Snowy Range Ski Area Available Saturday

Seats are still available to ride the University of Wyoming bus to the Snowy Range Ski Area Saturday, March 7.

“The weather is forecast to be beautiful, and with 2 feet of fresh snow this week and counting, it should be a wonderful weekend of skiing,” says Dan McCoy, UW Campus Recreation assistant director.

The bus is open to UW students, faculty and staff, and also their dependents and spouses. Cost is $18 per person to ride the bus. Riders will receive a $10 voucher to use toward lift tickets or rentals. To reserve a seat on the bus, contact the UW Outdoor Program at (307) 766-2402 or email op@uwyo.edu.

Departure for the day-long ski trip is at 8:20 a.m. at the Outdoor Program trailer on the east end of the Wyoming Union parking lot. The bus will depart the Snowy Range parking lot at 4:20 p.m. and return to campus around 5 p.m.
